Vulcan type 40L

The Type 40 is a narrow profile, hydraulically balanced, multiple spring internal Mechanical Seal with an advanced robust design and high performance. 

Ideal for demanding applications due to the balanced design, protected springs, and dynamic ‘O’-Ring. A PTFE backup ring is recommended for higher pressure applications.

Type 24 DINS: Add "S" to the end of the type (40S)

Type 24 DINL: Add "L" to the end of the type (40L)
